About the event
Parenting can be tough—especially when our own emotions and triggers get in the way. Maybe past experiences or trauma make it hard to stay calm, or perhaps emotions weren’t something you learned to navigate growing up. Now, as a parent, you're learning right alongside your child.
But there’s something very powerful that can help: play.
If play feels unfamiliar—whether due to life's busyness or simply never having had the chance to explore it—this seminar offers a gentle, supportive space to rediscover its potential. We’ll explore what real play looks like, how it can take care of emotions (both yours and your child's), and how it can strengthen your connection with your child.
You’ll be invited to try simple, playful activities, but only if you feel comfortable—no pressure, no role-playing, and no being put on the spot. Just a relaxed, welcoming space to try some new ( very easy ) things out.
