About the event
In a world overflowing with parenting advice, it’s easy to feel stressed or preoccupied with getting everything right.
We can find ourselves chasing strategies and perfect responses, hoping they’ll be enough.
Yet from an attachment, developmental perspective, what children need most isn’t our perfection — it’s our presence.
This seminar explores what truly supports a child’s maturation: an adult who can be their emotional home base.
Not someone armed with all the answers, but someone who is the answer — a source of rest, warmth, and relationship.
We’ll also look at the vital role of play — genuine, expressive, unstructured play — in fostering connection, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
